Coventry University at High-Level UK–US State Visit

Our Vice-Chancellor, Professor John Latham CBE, attended the US President Donald Trump’s state visit, which saw the signing of the Technology Prosperity Deal. The event was followed by a high-profile reception for business leaders and senior government officials from both countries.

UK Business and Trade Secretary Peter Kyle and Chancellor of the Exchequer Rt Hon Rachel Reeves welcomed US Secretary of Commerce Howard W. Lutnick to Lancaster House to celebrate the culmination of the largest commercial package ever secured during a State visit.
