Coventry University in Morocco
Coventry University is planning to open a new branch campus in Casablanca, Morocco, with plans set to welcome students in September.
This campus will be located in Bouskoura and will be the first UK university to open a campus in North Africa. The university will be partnering with the British Schools Educational Services Prives, a national higher education organization, to offer courses in engineering, architecture, and business.
The university’s Vice Chancellor, Prof John Latham, stated that they are excited to become the first UK university to establish a branch campus in Morocco and look forward to welcoming students to this new facility. This branch campus will be modelled after the institution’s hub in Egypt and will enable students to earn the same degree qualifications as those in the UK.
